Well here is a comic that really just started off as a joke I said in Flashhelp@Efnet to a friend. For those who don’t know what this comic means it is technical. The ip (internet protocol) of 127.0.0.1 is considered a loop back address. Most server admins use this to test their network cards and other things which I won’t get into details. So essentially this just points back at your computer with using the ping command. Now a Packet kiddy is a person who likes to use programs to packet a user offline therefore a form of DoS, Denial of Service. So to put sense of this whole issue the packet kiddy is DoSing himself :).

Nope he is basically attacking himself thinking he is getting revenge... yet he is only taking the revenge on himself :) Hence the loop back... packet kiddies like to take others internet connections out so it is norm for them to do things like this... in a sense it is sweet revenge ;)
